1. Referral Registration Form
You may participate in the program by completing and submitting to RRSB a Referral Form containing the requested information with respect to yourself or the person that you believe may be interested in obtaining an aircraft related loan. Referral Forms must be completed in their entirety, with true and correct information. Limit of one entry per person per day.

Mail a 3 x 5 card to: Airloan.com Bose Drawing , PO Box 25, Halstad, MN 56548.
*RRSB agrees to comply with its Privacy Policy when collecting and handling any and all personal information.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the program is open only to legal residents of the United States that are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants are required to enter from an eligible jurisdiction. This program is void in West Virginia and where prohibited by law. Employees of RRSB and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Qualified Referrals
Those who refer themselves or a friend during the program offer period (9/15/07 through 4/15/08) will be entered into the sweepstakes.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries are void. RRSB assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of RRSB and will not be returned.

5. Prize:
A random drawing for the promotion period will be conducted to award the prize.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Bose Aviation Headset X. Retail value is $995.00. The winner will receive a 1099 for tax purposes. If the winner does not comply with these OFFICIAL RULES, that person will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and retain no cash value.
6. General:
Program entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern sweepstakes. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply, and these sweepstakes are void wherever prohibited by law. The winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone within two weeks of the prize drawing.
If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of RRSB which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, RRSB reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. RRSB assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. RRSB is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof.
Important: These terms and conditions constitute the terms under which Red River State Bank is willing to offer you participation in the referral program. The submission by you of a referral registration form constitutes your acceptance of the offer on these terms. 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RRSB, its officers, employees be liable to you for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the program, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if RRSB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the program, or with any of these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue participation in the program
